SHIPPING & REPLACEMENT POLICY

1. Shipping Policy –
A. Delivery Coverage:We deliver all Ayurvedic products PAN-India.
B. Dispatch Time:Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours (Monday to Saturday).
C. Delivery Timeline:Metro cities: 3–5 working days,Non-metro/Tier-II cities: 5–7 working days,Remote areas: 7–10 working days.Delivery delays may occur due to courier issues, holidays, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistics problems.
D. Tracking:Once the order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link, the courier partner’s name, and the estimated delivery date.

2. Replacement Conditions –We provide replacements only if the item is broken or damaged, the wrong product was delivered, the product leaked inside the packaging, or the product arrived expired.Mandatory proof includes an unboxing video (required), along with clear photos of the product and packaging.All replacement requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

3. Not Eligible for Replacement –Opened or used products, damage caused after delivery, complaints submitted without an unboxing video, and any complaints raised after 48 hours are not eligible for replacement.
